hard copy?

At this stage the book is only available as an e-book. Due to the
cost of
printing and the marketing cost that I am already incurring. If I
would get the book printed, the price of the printed copy would just
have to be to high for me to try to sell. The hard copy would also
have to be in black and white because color pages are extremely to
high. I just think removing the color and the valuable links would
just diminish the value of the book and then increase the price.
Q.) What if I have no idea how to download
the book?
